270eab4eb8 [ALPS04649268] Save mobile log in data partition in meta mode 
Add SELINUX policy for mobile_log_d to save log in /data/debuglogger
and for getting log from adb.

708f686927 [ALPS04016022] Open adbd search on gpu_device 
When CTS ot shell use screencap to cat screenshot, it need to the
permission of search gpu_device. Therefore, we have to add the
authorization for it.
