[Detail]
libGLES_mali.so depends on libm4u.so on mali GPU.
Surfaceflinger needs libGLES_mali.so, but it cant access normal vendor lib.

[Solution]
Change libm4u.so file label from u:object_r:vendor_file:s0 to u:object_r:same_process_hal_file:s0.
