Jungo Lin b5f93ddd6c [ALPS03859804] Rename MTKs system properties ...

From Android P, system properties added by vendor/ODM/OEM should follow
naming rules.

Please follow naming rule to rename the property:
1. Read-writable: A.B -> vendor.A.B
2. Read-only: ro.A.B -> ro.vendor.A.B
3. Persistent: persist.A.B -> persist.vendor.A.B
